Ingredients
- 2 (oz ) gin
- 0.25 ( oz) dry vermouth
- Sprigs of thyme and rosemary
- Peychaud's bitters
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup Lite
- Thin lemon slice
Directions
- Muddle herbs in the bottom of a mixing glass and fill with ice. Combine next three ingredients. Stir and strain into chilled glass. Top with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters.
