Ingredients
  • 1.5 (oz) Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 5 slices of cucumber
  • Fill with sparkling wine
  • Splash of soda water
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup Lite
  • 1 oz Single Pressed Lemon Juice
Suggested Garnish:
  • Cucumber slices and lemon slices
Suggested Glass:
Directions
  • Muddle lemon and cucumber in the bottom of the serving glass. Fill glass with ice and remaining ingredients. Stir and serve.
